Sandra Moscoso manages the web track of the World Bank’s Open Finances program, currently focusing on helping member countries open financial data around their World Bank portfolios. She is part of an innovation and consulting team within the World Bank’s Controller’s Vice Presidency, where she has managed and worked on project management, business process analysis/improvement, content management, learning, and communications efforts for 9 years. Sandra advocates for open government within her community and is an executive officer of the Capitol Hill Public Schools Parent Organization. She has partnered with DC Public Schools on several community engagement efforts, including the Ward 6 Middle Schools Plan, and led the effort to open the Capitol Hill Montessori at Logan school in 2011. Sandra is a graduate of James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA.
