Ton is the head of ePSI (EU’s Open Data Community). He has experience in organizational level KM initiatives, with a focus on the non-technological side. Currently Mr. Zystra is focusing on individual-centered KM approaches: self directed learning, the role of the individual in networks and communities, personal knowledge management, and knowledge worker affectivity, dealing with information abundance and information strategies. Ton regularly speaks on conferences and do workshops about these themes, and enjoy doing so.
